Now that I have your attention, here’s what’s going on this year for what you know as Spring Roundup. I have been wanting to do this for a while and since the Butterfield Gulch gang has the Kansas State shoot the first weekend of May we are not going to have our normal 3-day shoot but instead it will consist of two days. The first day will be the long-range shoot ($5.00 fee) (Saturday May 21st)(start time will be 9:00 am). The second day (Sunday May 22nd) (safety meeting is 9:45 am shooting starts at 10:00am) is going to be “Win Cornbread’s Hundred-Dollar Bill” which will consist of six grueling and challenging stages😬. In order to win my hundred dollar bill you have to shoot the six stages clean and without any timer operator help, you are on your own after the stage has been read, kind of old-school you might say! This is not a shoot for the weak or faint of heart 😰 you need to bring your A game because I plan on keeping my hundred dollar bill. You’re still welcome to come down and camp, shoot the long-range on Saturday 21st of May and then shoot my six stages on Sunday 22nd of May. There will be no Awards or food this time, just the opportunity to win my money, this is my money I’m donating and all we ask is for a $10 donation to the club to shoot on Sunday. This way we can still raise a little money for the club at my expense if you’re good enough. In the event we have more than one clean shooter😂😂😂😂 the winner will be the one with the fastest time.
